We offer our customers a 7 day evaluation period. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your watch for a full refund less shipping.

We recommend that you return your package via USPS Registered mail for your protection. We do not refund shipping costs.

Tips for shipping watches:

Being that watches are sensetive prescision instruments, certain precautions should be taken when shipping a watch.

• Secure the watch in bubble wrap (FedEx Padded Paks are great)
• Double Box. Place the watch (or watch box) in one box, and then another.
• When shipping a watch in a watch box, stuff the inside of the watch box so the watch is snug and doesn't move around.
• Make sure that when you shake the package, nothing inside moves around. The final packaging should feel like one solid package.
• Tape the flaps or seams of the box down. Do not rely solely on any adhesives that may come on the box (think FedEx or UPS boxes with the removeable tape that reveals and adhesive)
• When shipping USPS registered mail, the post office requires that all seams of the package be sealed with brown paper tape. This type of tape usually requires that is be moistend to activate the adhesive (like a stamp)
• Always, Always, Always, insure the package.

Please note that any items that are "special order" are not returnable. This includes watches that we obtained just for you unless other arangements are made prior to purchase.

If you chose a refund rather than an exchange, the full purchase price for the merchandise in your order will be credited to the same form of payment used for the original purchase less shipping. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
