Implications of Non Payment

There are no financial implications. If no payment is made within 60 days the loan simply defaults. Collection practices include multiple phone call and text messages or an email reminder that payment is due. There is no impact on a clients credit score for late or non payment. Loans are renewed when an interest payment is made. 30 day apr does not exceed 10%. There are no additional fees or penalties on renewing a loan. No loans can be defaulted until 60 days from non payment. There is no minimum or maximum repayment period, loans can be redeemed the same day or anytime in the future as long as payments are made current. An example of a loan is: borrower takes a loan for $500, repays in $550 in thirty days or $600 in sixty days.
